Although they promised a one-day delivery, the deadline was extended three times, and even the final revised deadline was not honored. Initially, they sent me a translation in English instead of Croatian, later correcting it to the Croatian version. However, the translated document included significant factual errors, such as an incorrect place of birth and missing place and date of issue. Moreover, the service incorporated Serbian terminology instead of standard Croatian (for instance, using terms like "krivični" and "važi"), which is unsuitable for Croatian authorities. Key terms related to the criminal record were also mistranslated (for example, using a phrase equivalent to "immoral record" instead of "criminal record"), and the official position title was inaccurately rendered. The overall structure and layout of the original document were disregarded in the translation, which further undermines its reliability as an official document.
