I just received a random offer to review some kind of software for 6.4 USD/hour (non-negotiable) expecting to sacrifice at least 30 hours weekly. I don't even know where they got my email address since I don't work in the field anymore. Oh, and there were grammar mistakes in the offer. They look for cheap labour force and will end up using non-native specialists most probably.
