This is for all who are working or thinking of working with this company, regarding the non-payment issue I am facing with Transnpack for last 4 to 5 months. Despite multiple follow-ups, several invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed payment terms.
I hope some action is taken against such fraudsters to throw them out of business forever.

They are shameless non-payers. I translated a document for them urgently. They delayed sending the PO, then created trouble for me about my invoice format. After that they attempted to lie about my invoice date to delay it further. After 60 days of payment term, then delaying for a couple mre months, they still didn't make the payment. They are asking me to fill in a US tax form without meantioning anything about it this whole time. I even filled the form and sent it back to them. Still no payment.Don't accept work from them; they are scammers.
I was contacted by Transnpack for an “urgent” English→Portuguese translation project. After negotiating the rate and delivering the work on time, they stopped responding. When they finally replied days later, they demanded that I sign an NDA and submit a W-9 after the work was already completed — even though payment is under $600 and no W-9 is required. They also insisted I re-submit my invoice using their template. After researching the company, I found many similar complaints from other translators regarding missing payments. Their listed Miami business address also does not appear to belong to them. When I stated that failure to pay would result in formal reports to the U.S. Department of Labor, the Federal Trade Commission, and other relevant agencies, they finally issued a partial payment. The total amount invoiced was $172, but they initially sent only $106.70, leaving an outstanding balance of $65.30. After I reiterated that the remaining balance needed to be settled to avoid further action, they sent an additional payment of $65.30 on Nov. 14, 2025.Although the invoice has now been fully paid, this review remains as a record of my negative experience with the company and as a warning to other contractors. Before accepting work from this company, I strongly encourage you to research their payment practices and read feedback from other professionals.
I am being scammed by them in real time. I sent them invoices, they claimed a "60 day audit period", whatever that means, which passed, and now they are claiming they will pay me next moth. Please people, whoever dealt with them and managed to retrieve their money, help me.
This company is a group of SCAMMERS. I did a job for them December 2024 and submitted it. I was told that I would be paid in two months time. I wasn't. They use people like slaves to get their own work done and don't even compensate them with a penny. Still have not been paid. Report them and avoid them for work.
