I placed and fully paid for my order, but it has not been delivered. I never received a tracking number or any shipping updates. After several inquiries, I received one email indicating that the shipment was delayed due to one item being out of stock, which I was never informed about. I had to discover this myself. I suggested a different flavor and requested that my order be shipped, but I still haven't received it. I've left multiple voice messages without any response and sent several emails with no replies. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I appreciate the product, but I will be seeking alternatives for my supplements. Currently, I have no idea if my order is on its way or if shipping is even planned. Very disappointing customer service.
