I made a mistake by subscribing for a montly payment service for the same product I paid for which was a once off payment. I reached out to them for help, not only they cancelled the subscription for me but they also proceeded with my order regardless that the mistake was mine. I placed and fully paid for my order, but it has not been delivered. I never received a tracking number or any shipping updates. After several inquiries, I received one email indicating that the shipment was delayed due to one item being out of stock, which I was never informed about. I had to discover this myself. I suggested a different flavor and requested that my order be shipped, but I still haven't received it. I've left multiple voice messages without any response and sent several emails with no replies. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I appreciate the product, but I will be seeking alternatives for my supplements. Currently, I have no idea if my order is on its way or if shipping is even planned. Very disappointing customer service.

The order is marked as complete and delivered, but only one of the four items was actually received, and it was the least expensive item. I have sent three emails and two service inquiries with no response. I attempted to call customer service but was directed to voicemail without any follow-up. This is extremely poor customer service. Marking an order as complete when most items were not delivered and then ignoring inquiries is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.
