Today, the bus left from a location around 3:45 PM and was listed as cancelled on the app. I tried to switch to another site, but the same bus number passed by and I couldn't catch it. I had to wait a long time for a different route, which required me to go to another stop. The service was extremely disappointing. Please refrain from commenting about further investigations, as my finances and business are suffering due to this unreliable service!
