Disappointing Bus Experience

Today, a bus left from a location at approximately 3:45 PM and was marked as cancelled on the app. I attempted to switch to another site, but the same bus number passed by without stopping. I ended up waiting a long time for a different route, which required me to go to another stop. The service was very poor and disappointing. I would appreciate no further comments about investigations, as my finances and business are struggling without reliable service!

Bus Service Cancelled

I had to wait a long time for a different route, which required me to go to another stop. The service was extremely disappointing. Issues with the 880

This review receives 2 stars only because the 880 actually showed up this time. However, the driver was rude to passengers, arrived late at the first stop, and is now 25 minutes behind schedule. This service is a complete joke and needs a serious reevaluation of staff and company standards.

Consistently Unreliable

Unreliable service. I met other passengers trying to get home. Every Saturday and Sunday, the same issue occurs: the F3 doesn't show up. They go to the terminus but never leave to return.

Extremely Poor Transportation

This is by far the most absurd transportation service I've encountered in Europe. Buses are never on time, cancellations happen frequently, and sometimes they refuse to take passengers. The drivers are mostly rude, and I have countless negative experiences from the last three years. I've seen incidents where injured passengers were left without assistance. Very disappointed! For a low fare, the experience is unacceptable, from cleanliness to driving speed.

Frustrating Company Experience

This company is a complete joke. It offers the worst public transport I've experienced. Buses often don't show up, and when I reach out for help regarding my tickets, I receive no assistance or vague responses. I have been waiting for a resolution since May 2025. Just recently, I witnessed a bus that was supposed to stop simply pass by while showing 'not in service.' It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a service that fails to meet even basic expectations.

Unsatisfactory Service and Staff

I was recently told by a driver that he wouldn't continue, leaving me stranded on a poorly lit road. This has occurred multiple times over the past few months. Drivers are often rude, with one even stating he needed to eat. It's hard to believe how much the quality of bus services has declined.

Great Experience with the Driver

Yesterday, I took the No 11 from an industrial estate and asked the driver about buses near a shopping center. Initially planning to walk, the driver kindly informed me about a closer stop for another bus. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. A big thank you to him for his excellent service!
