So disappointing with customer care. Day drip to Lapland was cancelled less than 24 hours before flight, understandable due to weather. I was asked within 3 days to either get a refund or book the following year. As I thought there was no other options I rebooked. Finding out later there are trips else where available through the travel agent I booked with I asked for a refund to which they point blank said no it’s been transferred - sorry but I have a heart broken 5 year old that asks daily to go and can not afford to book another trip. Shame on you Transun for taking away a child’s magical trip. Where is your compassion!
