If I could rate this company with zero stars or even negative ten thousand, I would. They are truly the worst. They should be banned from the Customers Protection Agency. The support team appears poorly trained, and every time I call, they seem clueless about my issue. I find myself repeating my entire story multiple times. When I inquire about the status of my case, all I receive is a vague response to be patient. They promised resolution within 30 days, but my issue lingered for 60 days without resolution. Each time I call, I get no updates or escalation options. I can’t imagine any bank relying on their inadequate services. The management is to blame for their poor offerings and lack of customer care.
