I placed my first order for four take bag bags and was only shipped one. (How does that happen????) I reached out to customer service and they acted like this was a normal error, telling me “The Take Back Bags are shipped separately, so your missing bag should be arriving soon.” So here I am waiting for my 3 bags going on three weeks? Just got done reading the other reviews, wish I would never have ordered.Imma be sooo fr. Those 5 star reviews gotta be fake, this company is a scam. Imagine paying for and ordering 4 bags for them to ship 1. Then customer service says they “ship separate” like that makes any sense. AND THEN THEY STILL DON’T ARRIVE. Yeah no, big ole scam please for the love of all things save your money
