Unfortunately, a recent incident revealed a serious decline in how the company manages customer protection, particularly regarding airlines. A minor name discrepancy on a ticket led to the company suggesting I purchase a new ticket at a higher cost, while the original ticket would be submitted for a potential refund without guarantees or clear timelines. This approach transfers all financial risk to the customer, relying solely on trust for a possible refund. It's hard to believe such refunds will be processed fully. A professional travel platform should provide reasonable protections for its customers, but in this case, there was none, leaving me vulnerable to an unreasonable outcome for a minor error. I share this as a warning: even a small name mistake can force you to buy a new flight, with insufficient consumer protection. This experience shows the service no longer meets its previous standards.
