Really shocking customer service!Over the phone and via email, 3 times I’ve attempted contact and each time very bad serviceI have an item still in its packaging, that’s never been opened, that I cannot use as my car has been written off.When I tried to return this item, they sent a quick reply that’s it’s over the 30 day return policy and i cannot return. I’ve had the item less than 2 months, and I did not receive the item after ordering for about 2 weeks due to there error!There is no return policy shown anywhere on the website and I have emailed them 3 times to enquire where I can find there return policy- guess what no response! That was last week.The item I order prior to this one had parts missing when it arrived and the customer service were very unhelpful about this too! I would avoid this company and find another provider to get the dog guard.
