I had a bad experience with this company where they shipped me two things and states that there were two orders, but I only ordered oneOne of them was from an email address that I’ve never even heard ofMy card got charged twice and when I asked for a return shipping label something very simple. They refused and are now refusing to give me a refund. I feel scammed and wanted others to know.
The Dog Guard for my Subaru makes the rear seatbelts unsafe.The feet that support the grate rest on the cover for the seatbelt as it retracts and the pressure stops the mechanism from retracting.I purchased the model from travall for my make/year and version. After contacting them they were dismissive and said that the passengers where using the seatbelt incorrectly.
Returning happy customer. Bought rubber mats for Landrover in 2018, they were still in good condition, when I sold vehicle last month. Very durable, and perfect fit all round. The lip around mats prevents dirt and water run off from shoes getting onto carpets. Just bought a set for new Range Rover Evoque, same high quality look of product.
I bought a dog guard for a Seat Ateca, the ordering process was easy and the delivery came on the appointed time and date.Having attempted to fit the guard, I struggled to get it correctly fitted. Having contacted Travall I was assisted by Katie Clarke who helpfully sent a useful video to assist me. The guard now fits well and is securly fitted. Will later buy the divider!
