Extremely disappointing. First, I was unable to pass through security due to the absence of my middle name. Then they charged excessively for overweight luggage. One passenger had to pay extra because they weighed her carry-on and personal bag together, even though she had paid for both. This is the worst airline I've ever been on. The staff was incredibly unprofessional and rude.
