STEER CLEAR OF THIS AIRLINE! Their goal seems to be to exploit passengers at every turn. They charged my partner and me €21 each for just 3kg over our backpack limit at check-in. The representative at the airport was unhelpful and didn’t even greet us. The service was atrocious in every regard. I will never choose this airline again.
My boyfriend and I traveled to Bangkok from a nearby city using this airline, and it turned out to be much better than we anticipated! Initially, we were a bit anxious due to the negative reviews we came across before our flight, so we aimed to be as prepared as possible. To start, there was no online check-in since they needed to verify passports and other details like our departure ticket from Thailand and hotel booking. We had expected to be asked for this information at immigration, unsure if it was a routine check or related to stricter entry rules in Thailand. Without departure tickets, they advised us to book one and return, holding our passports during the process but accepting a bus ticket to another country. Now, concerning the baggage allowance, we had purchased one 15kg bag along with two 7kg cabin bags. We were anxious about exceeding the weight limit, so we organized our belongings to maximize the total of 29kg. We managed to check in at 14.9kg, and they didn't weigh the cabin bags or mention anything about their dimensions. Although the plane was full, there was more cabin space than expected for a low-cost airline, making it easy to stow our duffle bag without stress. Everything went smoothly! Just make sure to arrive at the airport early due to the well-known long wait times (it took us nearly 1.5 hours from check-in to the flight gate). The flight took off 30 minutes late but landed only 10 minutes past the scheduled time. The plane appeared to be in good condition inside and out, with adequate legroom (we are between 175/185 cm tall), and meals were available for purchase on board with cash. It was a smooth ride, although we experienced the roughest landing ever. Otherwise, everything was perfectly fine! The ground and air crew were friendly and accommodating.
Extremely disappointing experience. First, I was unable to pass through security due to not including my middle name. Additionally, they charged excessively for overweight luggage. One passenger had to pay extra because they combined the weight of her carry-on and personal bag (which she had already paid for). This is the worst airline I have ever encountered. We chose this budget airline twice, and compared to others, they were more affordable and didn't charge us for our small musical instrument. The staff was friendly, and customer service was accessible and helpful! There were some delays, but they still managed to get us there. I highly recommend this airline over others.
Terrible airline; they canceled our flight without notifying us. They were completely unhelpful in arranging a refund or finding an alternative flight. We had to book another flight ourselves, jeopardizing our connecting flight. 0/5 - DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I read in the news that this airline is now under new management and no longer part of its previous affiliation. When I reached out for assistance with my ticket, they explained they could no longer handle airline tickets but still tried their best to help by contacting someone else and guiding me at their office. Just a note, they now focus solely on tours, not the airline, so be cautious when booking. I have nothing but positive experiences with their tour services; the staff was incredibly kind and helpful.
I will not be using this booking service again. I had a confirmed flight but when I needed to add luggage, my booking was completely locked. The airline saw my reservation but said the booking service had to process the payment. I spent hours on the phone with support, only to be told there was nothing they could do. Even after the airline added the service, the booking service refused to release the payment link. Their customer service was slow and unhelpful, taking no responsibility for the issues created by their system. If you value your time and money, avoid this service for flights.

Just arrive early, consider paying for extras if you can, and check in online.
