Extremely disappointing experience. First, I was unable to pass through security due to not including my middle name. Additionally, they charged excessively for overweight luggage. One passenger had to pay extra because they combined the weight of her carry-on and personal bag (which she had already paid for). This is the worst airline I have ever encountered. The staff were unprofessional and rude.
