Travelandtickets is a scam! I paid a £100 deposit for a direct flight, clearly agreed at the time of booking. Without my knowledge or consent, they changed the booking to a layover flight with a different airline and amount. I only discovered this when I attempted to complete payment.I did not cancel the booking, yet they are now refusing to promptly refund my money and attempting to deflect responsibility. This is a clear case of fraud and breach of agreement.To make matters worse, this company operates under multiple business names, which should immediately raise red flags for anyone considering using them.I am currently pursuing this matter formally with my solicitor. I am posting this review to warn others not to fall victim to the same deceptive practices. Avoid at all costs. If zero stars were an option, I would give it without hesitation, as this company does not deserve even one star.
