I am extremely impressed with the service provided by ABRAHAM KHALEL. From the initial enquiry to the end of my trip in 2024 everything was handled efficiently and professionally. He listened to my preferences, offered great advice, and ensured all bookings were seamless. His communication was clear and prompt, which gave me complete confidence. Ever since , i only book with them ( trips and holidays company ) I will definitely be using them again and recommend them to family and friends.”
Travelandtickets is a scam! I paid a £100 deposit for a direct flight, clearly agreed at the time of booking. Without my knowledge or consent, they changed the booking to a layover flight with a different airline and amount. I only discovered this when I attempted to complete payment.I did not cancel the booking, yet they are now refusing to promptly refund my money and attempting to deflect responsibility. This is a clear case of fraud and breach of agreement.To make matters worse, this company operates under multiple business names, which should immediately raise red flags for anyone considering using them.I am currently pursuing this matter formally with my solicitor. I am posting this review to warn others not to fall victim to the same deceptive practices. Avoid at all costs. If zero stars were an option, I would give it without hesitation, as this company does not deserve even one star.
The service was very good and also the ticket price fair but payment method after two days was a bit weird, but in general I talked to an agent, Urwa , who I assume she was one of the management team, because she handled the situation very professionally , calmly, full of patience and controlled the situation , while me angrily, loosing my first ticket, she found a very good price ticket in perfect time for me because my trip was in a few days . In general I recommend to get tickets from this site, for good price and rapid service.BUT the payment method wasn’t first class. If you have enough time and you are patient looking for good price and professional agents, go for this site . I recommend it.
I was disappointed that I lost a fare that compared well with others because I was 1/2 hour late in responding to the offered fare deal. Travel Consultant Noor explained why. She tried her best to help, spending time searching for the cheapest fare. Nevertheless, I ended up paying £300 more for the trip than originally quoted.
