The service was very good and also the ticket price fair but payment method after two days was a bit weird, but in general I talked to an agent, Urwa , who I assume she was one of the management team, because she handled the situation very professionally , calmly, full of patience and controlled the situation , while me angrily, loosing my first ticket, she found a very good price ticket in perfect time for me because my trip was in a few days . In general I recommend to get tickets from this site, for good price and rapid service.BUT the payment method wasn’t first class.
