Jeff handled my call and was able to find me a business class ticket to Asia for cheaper. Although when I found a better deal myself with Air Canada, he wouldn’t stop texting me. He even demanded to know if I was ticketed and what the price of my ticket was. I asked him to kindly make sure my purchase was canceled and I thought that was the end of that. But he kept texting me at 7pm as I was having dinner with my family! To add insult to injury, he even had his co-worker Richard call me up today FOUR TIMES even after I told Jeff I no longer needed their business. When doing business with this company, be wary. They’re like abusive ex-boyfriends you need to get a restraining order against - they won’t stop contacting you even if you tell them to. I’m sure their conduct violates some state and federal laws. I’ll never do business with them again. Lesson learned.
