Unfortunately, my attempts to redeem this card have been extremely disappointing, raising concerns about misleading advertising and accessibility. After several tries to use the card on their website, I discovered that the card number did not work, preventing any bookings. The online process is not user-friendly or reliable. When I finally reached the call center, I was told to avoid the website and book by phone, which contradicts the product's marketing. The difficulty in accessing customer service compounded the issue, as I spent long periods in call queues without assistance. The card also expires after 18 months, which is unreasonable for a travel gift card. Additionally, the claim of usability across “250+ websites” is misleading, as bookings must be made exclusively through the company’s platform. Overall, this product falls short of consumer expectations and has caused unnecessary stress and frustration.
