UPDATE: I contacted the address provided in the response, and the company kindly extended the expiration. We finally managed to get the website to accept the card, so I’ve raised my rating from 1 to 3 stars due to this resolution. However, it was frustrating to deal with initially. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This company is a joke. I received a travel gift card that expired recently. Their gift cards expire after 18 months, which seems unreasonable for a travel product. I faced numerous errors while trying to book and contact them. Their system is buggy, and reaching customer service was a challenge. It feels like I've lost my £100, and I cannot recommend this company.
