Three weeks later, AON is still stalling.Despite providing every required document, they keep asking for more—including demanding that I personally investigate and provide the airline’s reason for the delay. That is not my job as the traveler! They also forced me to secure airline verification myself—something they could have done.I was promised resolution by a set date—still nothing.
