NEVER buy trip insurance from AON. They will take your premium, but they will not pay your claim. I had to make a claim for a relative who ended up unable to take the trip because of illness. AON delayed and delayed for a year, making extraordinary and ridiculous demands, including full medical history from every doctor my relative had seen. We're talking hundreds of pages! They wanted me to fax them all! Plus more excuses and delays after that. Many hours of work on our part... and in the end, AON still refused to pay.
