After reading most reviews I felt like I would never see a refund on our unfortunate cancellation. My husband was diagnosed with Ecoli and Afib two days before we were to fly to our cruise location. He was hospitalized and was released the day the cruise sailed. Sick for 11/2 weeks after. We filed our claim October 25, 2023 with all required documentation. Today, November 13, 2023 the money is in our bank account. The people at AON were always very helpful and I believe this is a great turnaround on reimbursement.
