I am shocked by the terrible experience I've had with the organization. I had to completely reschedule my trip due to their lack of organization. No travel documents were received just TWO DAYS before my trip. I made over 20 calls to follow up and was only met with promises of future updates. I was informed of a flight cancellation and had to change my departure airport unexpectedly. I was charged £29 EACH for altering the holiday booking. I am appalled at this service. I feel trapped as I would lose a significant amount of money if I don't travel with them.
