Travelcrew has let me down so badly and caused huge amounts of stress over a flight l booked with them in June this year to see my children in Australia. I paid over a £1000 for a return ticket booked by a man called Kevin and was told my ticket would be issued in two weeks. This did not happen and l was told Kevin had left the company and a Leo was taking over and he assured me that my ticket would be issued mid November and this was normal. In November with no communication or ticket issued from them, l was then sent an email saying my flight had been cancelled and l could choose another flight and dates that meant paying more or get a full refund which would take up to 5 weeks. As it happens the flight with Cathay Pacific was not cancelled ( l checked) but l was not on their list. To date after many phone calls l have never been told the truth and still have not had a refund so cannot go to see my family for Christmas, it’s too late. I am distraught and warn everyone to not use this company.
