Absolutely awful! My mum purchased me and my husband a holiday for Christmas - Manchester to Malta. Once it came through I had to ring to confirm with someone called Steven - he told me the flights had a 3hr stop over each way and to turn this into a direct flight we would have to fly from Liverpool at and extra cost of £190. I reluctantly paid the extra and was sent and email for me to confirm details - all confirmed.
I was then told I would receive the travel documents 14days prior to departure. These documents never arrived, I emailed and got no reply. On the friday (departure sunday am) I rang to be told the documents would be with me by 8pm at the latest. These never arrived. So this morning (sat) I got through to someone with very poor English (took him 15minutes for me to confirm name) to be then told they would be with me by 10am.
Whilst waiting for this i decided to ring the hotel - they had no idea who we were and confirmed they DID NOT have a booking in our name. Next onto Easyjet - they also confirmed they DID NOT have a booking in our name!
I rang travel crew back who tried the whole confirmation of names confusion again, but was told straight that i would not be going through this 15minutes malarky again and suddenly his English got a whole lot better - he put me on hold to come back 3 minutes later to tell us that our flights (that weren't actually booked!!) had been cancelled and that the best they could do was offer a voucher!! NOT A CHANCE - after a bit of a mouthful a refund was offered: now we have to wait 15-30working days for the best part of 400 quid back and no holiday to go on.
