Email information stated have 5 business days to collect from date of delivery request. Went to Post office to collect and was told my time period had expired. Lucky I had the email in regards to collection.. my chosen day was Friday 20th March, collected on Monday 23rd which by my calculations is 3 days which actually included 2 days which were not business days.. also did not receive a notification to state had been delivered, unless dispatched means delivered, as I received an email to state dispatched. Maybe change the wording
