I had a very disappointing experience with Travelfrom.fr regarding a critical issue with my travel plans. Due to their failure of not reissuing my tickets, I missed a very important family wedding. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the situation through emails, I only received robotic responses with no real solutions.The company's customer service was very unprofessional and not friendly, refusing to cover the full costs incurred, including internal flights, taxi fares, and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. They only offered to pay for the hotel, which is not sufficient given the extent of the disruption to my plans.I am deeply dissatisfied with how this situation was handled and the lack of empathy and professionalism displayed. I would caution others against using this service, especially for important travel plans. I will not recommend this company to anyone and I'm still fighting to get my full refund if not I am going legal.
