I booked a ticket in November which I later canceled, and I still haven’t received my refund. They sent me a document confirming that the refund was processed, but I have not received the money.
Terrible service. I booked flight tickets for myself and my friends and needed to make a minor change to one passenger’s details. I paid an additional fee and received confirmation that the request had been accepted, with a stated processing time of up to 14 days. However, the change was never implemented.I repeatedly contacted the agency via chat, phone, and email, and each time I was reassured that there was nothing to worry about and that their “experts” were handling the request. Then, just one day before the flight, I received an email informing me that the change could not be made and that I would only receive a refund of the extra fee I had paid.This experience involved a significant amount of wasted time, effort, and unnecessary stress due to poor communication and false reassurance. I would not book tickets with this agency again. For context, I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience truly warranted one.
