Absolutely TERRIBLE ! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! Booked flights from Bangkok to Lyon and Lyon to Bangkok, at the Airport of Bangkok we were told that we needed Visa to get in India even though we don’t stay, so our whole way to go was impossible, we had to book everything again through another agency ! Travel Awaits never told us anything about this ! So I asked for the refund of the way to go and it was only 400€ !!Secondly, on the way back one of the flight is cancelled so we have to change the whole flights again ! And FINALLY they tell us that our way to go is cancelled too because apparently their system tells them that I cancelled all the flights and not the way to go !!! I go all the customer supports (chat and phone) no one could help me !!! End of the story : 400€ refunded out of 2 700€ and couldn’t even take one flight out of the 6th that I booked !!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, SO MUCH STRESS, TIME AND MONEY LOST
