My experience with Travel Gennni was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I contacted them to apply for a France visa, but they told me there were no available slots with VFS Global from 26 December 2025. Instead of properly guiding me, they pushed me to apply for Greece instead.
The staff member handling my case was Neha. Later, the manager said she was new. If she was inexperienced, why was my application not assigned to a professional from the start? I even requested that my case be handled by someone more experienced, but nothing changed.
They issued a Greece appointment and only at the last moment informed me that the embassy required confirmed flight and hotel bookings along with receipt.I would have had to pay around £400 for flights and hotels for a country I am not even traveling to. This was never explained upfront.
Because of their poor communication and lack of transparency, I had to cancel the appointment. Even after multiple calls with the manager, Harjeet, nothing was properly resolved. No accountability, no proper guidance, and no real customer support.
I feel misled and taken advantage of. If you are considering using Travel Gennni, be extremely cautious. Make sure you get everything in writing and understand every requirement before paying them anything. I spent almost 2 months for nothing.
