I recently booked a trip for France through Travel Gennie Agency, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Recommendation- ask all the questions needed before application
My experience with Travel Gennni was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I contacted them to apply for a France visa, but they told me there were no available slots with VFS Global from 26 December 2025. Instead of properly guiding me, they pushed me to apply for Greece instead.
The staff member handling my case was Neha. Later, the manager said she was new. If she was inexperienced, why was my application not assigned to a professional from the start? I even requested that my case be handled by someone more experienced, but nothing changed.
They issued a Greece appointment and only at the last moment informed me that the embassy required confirmed flight and hotel bookings along with receipt.I would have had to pay around £400 for flights and hotels for a country I am not even traveling to. This was never explained upfront.
Because of their poor communication and lack of transparency, I had to cancel the appointment. Even after multiple calls with the manager, Harjeet, nothing was properly resolved. No accountability, no proper guidance, and no real customer support.
I feel misled and taken advantage of. If you are considering using Travel Gennni, be extremely cautious. Make sure you get everything in writing and understand every requirement before paying them anything. I spent almost 2 months for nothing.

I HAVE HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS ALLEGEDLY ORGANIZED SCAM OF A SUPPOSED TRAVEL AGENCY. THEIR MODE OF OPERATION IS NOTHING LESS A COORDINATED SCAMMER NETWORK. ONCE YOU INDICATE INTEREST OF PATRONAGE, THEY'LL FOLLOW YOU UP AGGRESSIVELY CONTACTING YOU WITH DIFFERENT NUMBERS, ONCE YOU COMMIT THEM FINANCIALLY THEY START ROLLING OUT THEIR SCAMMING SCHEMES.
I HAVE ENGAGED THEM SINCE NOVEMBER, PAID COMPLETE FOR A GERMANY TOURIST APPLICATION SERVICE, IT HAS BEEN ONE LIE OR THE OTHER, NO SINGLE DOCUMENTS RECEIVED. ONCE THEY SUCCEED IN SCAMMING YOU ON THEIR SUPPOSED OFFICIAL WHATSAPP LINE NEXT THEY'LL ABANDON THE NUMBER AND REMAIN INCOMMUNICADO. I HAVE STUDIED THEIR ANTICS OVERTIME SINCE I WAS SCAMMED, AND INDICATED INTEREST VIA OTHER CHANNELS ONLY TO REALIZE THEY KEEP CONTACTING ME WITH DIFFERENT NUMBERS ON EVERY OCCASION. I HAVE ADVISED THEM TO DO A REFUND OR RENDER THE SERVICE I PAID FOR AND IT HAS FALLEN ON DEAF EARS. MAY I ADVISE THE UNSUSPECTING PUBLIC TO DESIST FROM PATRONIZING THEM BECAUSE YOU MAY GET SCAMMED. THEY'RE INSINCERE, WITHOUT INTEGRITY AND HAVE NO SERVICE TO OFFER RATHER A BUNCH OF AMATEUR SCAMMERS. I HAVE ENGAGED A COUPLE OF THEM AND REALIZED THEY DO NOT HAVE A SINGLE KNOWLEDGE ON WHAT THEY CLAIM TO BE OFFERING. FINALLY WHEN I THUMP TWISTED AND PLAYED ALONG GIVING THEM HOPE OF GETTING MORE MONEY FROM ME THEY WERE FORCED TO SEND MY SUPPOSED DOCUMENTS JUST BECAUSE THEY WANTED MORE MONEY FROM ME, THE DOCUMENTS WERE FAKE, WITH SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME AND ADDRESS AND OTHER DETAILS IN SOME COLUMNS, WITH MY NAME ON JUST THE FRONT AND BACK PAGE WHILE THE BODY OF THE DOCUMENTS BEARS ANOTHER PERSON'S DETAILS.
I HAVE ENGAGED THEM ON THE PHONE SEVERALLY AND THEY APOLOGIZING EACH TIME I EXPOSE THEIR LIES, YET THEY WON'T DO THE RIGHT THING.
PUBLIC TAKE NOTE AND STAY AWAY , THEY REVIEWS HERE MIGHT BE FAKE. AND TO TRAVEL GENIE YOU STILL HAVE THE OPTION OF REFUNDING MY MONEY IF NOT I'LL REPORT YOUR ACCOUNT TO THE BANK AND ENSURE I DRAG YOU TO THE DUST. THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING OF A PROMISE I TOLD YOU I WILL KEEP. NEXT I'LL START POSTING EVIDENCE ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS UNTIL YOU'RE TAGGED A RED FLAG.
