Marvelous experience. I spoke on the phone today with Bettye Ridley. I am a teacher. Unfortunately, in the background I had several rowdy 4th grade students in the classroom. There were only nine of them but they made enough ruckus for twenty of them! Ms. Ridley remained professional and informative. She offered me helpful information that I never knew! AND she even held on for awhile when I had to separate two students from one another. I highly recommend Ms. Ridley for any potential customer or any employee trainee.
