My experience with the service was incredibly disappointing. I followed all procedures and returned everything, yet I was expected to wait a whole month to get my deposit back. This is unreasonable and not in line with hospitality standards. The slow inspection, vague process, and delayed communication only added to my frustration. As a visitor to the area, this left a very negative impression. Companies that cater to tourists need to be faster, more transparent, and respectful of customers’ time. I won't be using this service again and strongly caution others.
