The conditions were terrible and the odor was so overwhelming that it was hard to breathe! We were forced to stay for four nights because they refused to provide a refund. The apartment was in a filthy state and very unattractive. The bathrooms were dirty and revolting! Do not rely on this service; they claimed there was Wi-Fi, but it was nonexistent at the property. This is the worst service I've ever encountered!
Interacting with this service feels like a bad comedy routine about the worst customer support you can imagine. It seems like a team of experts spent months designing the most frustrating and unusable app possible. All the necessary information is only accessible through the app, yet it continuously claims that my contact details are incorrect and instructs me to reach out to customer support. After two hours of trying to correct my contact information, nothing changed. My numerous messages to customer support have gone unanswered. Honestly, steer clear of this service at all costs. P.S. - I wish I had checked the other reviews beforehand; they are absolutely spot on.
While it's not a scam, the customer service and terms are quite poor. If an issue arises, there's a strict deadline for reporting it (48 hours for monthly rentals), and if you miss that, you're left to resolve it on your own if you want it addressed. Even when issues are reported on time, there's only a 50/50 chance they will be resolved. Some matters are handled well, but others are often overlooked. For instance, I reported a dirty curtain on one of the doors, and while they took it for cleaning or replacement, it was never returned despite my follow-ups with the support team. Additionally, the apartment ratings seem questionable, likely penned by the staff. Some reviews on the platform are low, which may violate their terms. It's better to seek a reliable agent instead.
My experience with the service was incredibly disappointing. I followed all procedures and returned everything, yet I was expected to wait a whole month to get my deposit back. This is unreasonable and not in line with hospitality standards. The slow inspection, vague process, and delayed communication only added to my frustration. As a visitor to the area, this left a very negative impression. Companies that cater to tourists need to be faster, more transparent, and respectful of customers’ time. I won't be using this service again and strongly caution others.
