I have the worst experience booking an apartment using this app, first place that i booked didn't get approved for almost 5 days (the app says i would get confirmation max in 3x 24 hours) when i called customer service after the 5th day - they said the unit is no longer available, the app also automatically deducted the deposit fee from my debit card even though i havent got any booking confirmation and i have to wait for almost a month to get it refunded,Booked the second apartment for only 1 night, according to the system i could check-in in 2 hours, i ended up waiting for almost 5 hours to wait for the key of the apartment delivered - their customer service is also hard to reach,I would avoid using their service at all cost, at least until they improve their service!
