If an issue arises, there's a strict deadline for reporting it (48 hours for monthly rentals), and if you miss that, you're left to resolve it on your own if you want it addressed. Even when issues are reported on time, there's only a 50/50 chance they will be resolved. Some matters are handled well, but others are often overlooked. For instance, I reported a dirty curtain on one of the doors, and while they took it for cleaning or replacement, it was never returned despite my follow-ups with the support team. Additionally, the apartment ratings seem questionable, likely penned by the staff. Some reviews on the platform are low, which may violate their terms. It's better to seek a reliable agent instead.
