Travellink is not to trust with your money!!!
I booked a flight through Travellink. The airline cancelled the flight and I was promised a refund. After 1 month with no refund, I contacted both Travellink and the airline.
The airline informed me with proof that they’ve transferred my money to the agency (Travellink) 5 days after the cancellation. Now almost 2 months after the cancellation - Travellink keeps sending me the same email about they haven’t got the money from the airline, and they clearly don’t care. - This is obviously a lie since the airline sent me proof of the transfer, and Travellink have no reaction to this proof.
Travellink is NOT to trust with your money, since they don’t give the customer any attention about giving your money back.
Now I’m on a longer travel and I unfortunately have to stop my travel before time, because Travellink will not pay me my refund.
I’m not sure I will ever get my money back - what a shame when I’m a student and saved money for this trip for a whole year.
Very sad and not a good way to run an agency. I will NEVER use Travellink again or recommend this agency to anyone EVER.
