If I could give it 0 stars I would. I it a scam of a service. They just scam customer into insignificant discounts to later charge them for a membership which is useless. It’s impossible to contact customer service or so anything about it. It a complete disappointment of a platform.

We are so furious with TravelLink (and Brussel Airlines) right now, that we are about to implode. We even have a premier membership, but have gotten so shitty help from you that it is to cry about. We had booked a round trip from Lyon to Oslo last Thursday, and return today, on behalf of our 18 year old son. He unfortunately got his passport stolen just before going from Lyon last Thursday. He tried to get onto the plain anyway, with a report from the French police, a mobile picture of the passport and a drivers licence. He was not allowed. Then he went through 52 hours in hell, with 5 different busses through Europe, fighting his way through a lot of border controls to be able to get back to Norway and get a new passport. He managed, and then we thought we finally could breed again. But going back to school in Lyon today, Brussel airlines refused him to go aboard, saying that they could not unlock his ticket since he did not come with the flight from Lyon in the first place, and since we had booked through Travellink. He was at the airport in Oslo 5 hours ahead of the flight and we called both Travellink and Brussel Airlines 6 times, but nobody was able to help us. Just pointing at each other. This lack of service really makes me so mad. We will definitively warn our whole network against using Travellink, and consider what legal steps we will take further.

Travellink is not to trust with your money!!!

I booked a flight through Travellink. The airline cancelled the flight and I was promised a refund. After 1 month with no refund, I contacted both Travellink and the airline.
The airline informed me with proof that they’ve transferred my money to the agency (Travellink) 5 days after the cancellation. Now almost 2 months after the cancellation - Travellink keeps sending me the same email about they haven’t got the money from the airline, and they clearly don’t care. - This is obviously a lie since the airline sent me proof of the transfer, and Travellink have no reaction to this proof.
Travellink is NOT to trust with your money, since they don’t give the customer any attention about giving your money back.
Now I’m on a longer travel and I unfortunately have to stop my travel before time, because Travellink will not pay me my refund.
I’m not sure I will ever get my money back - what a shame when I’m a student and saved money for this trip for a whole year.

Very sad and not a good way to run an agency. I will NEVER use Travellink again or recommend this agency to anyone EVER.

I searched for flights through Kayak and the cheapest option was Travellink. To my surprise, the price offered required that I be a Prime member. Membership is paid, but it is possible to try it for two weeks for free. Well, I thought I would try it if there were any other cheapest flights and hotels here. In reality, the prices were much more expensive to start with! I decided to cancel the service and it has proven to be impossible!!
YOU CANNOT CANCEL THE TRIAL TRIAL ANYWHERE AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED €10/MONTH IN THE FUTURE!! I am advised to call a number where no one answers and it will cost you. The call is not free as they advertise. Ive waited for access many times over 30 minutes but there was no answer and I could't cancel the service.

In addition, when booking a flight, a bag was included in the price. The booking confirmation states that the bag is not included in the ticket price. Which information is correct?

Disappointing Experience with the Service

We booked a package holiday (flight + hotel) through a travel service. Unfortunately, when serious problems arose during our stay, the service did not take responsibility and failed to properly evaluate the situation. Our hotel experience was marred by ongoing construction noise, inadequate cleanliness, restricted access to advertised amenities, and unprofessional staff behavior. We filed complaints during our stay and reached out to the service while still at the hotel. We even provided clear evidence, including videos showing the construction noise. Despite this, the service did not address the core of our complaints. They continuously referred only to the hotel’s internal notes and timeline, disregarding the evidence we submitted and the issues we highlighted. The service repeatedly stated that the decision was “beyond their control” and that the hotel’s ruling was final. For a package holiday, this is quite alarming. According to package travel regulations, the organizer should be responsible for the overall holiday experience. Instead, the service distanced itself from responsibility and acted merely as a messenger for the hotel. Throughout the entire process, we received generic responses that failed to address the actual issues, merely restating the hotel’s perspective. There was no genuine, independent review of our case nor a fair evaluation of the overall impact on our holiday. If you encounter problems during your trip, be aware that the service may refuse to take responsibility and close the case without addressing the real concerns, even when evidence is provided. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this travel service.

Flight Booking Confusion

I reserved the evening flight and confirmed multiple times that everything was correct. However, when I revisited the app weeks later, it displayed the morning flight instead. I didn’t think to check my email right after booking, which was my oversight. I'm unsure how this occurred, but the support team was clearly uninterested in assisting me.

Avoid This Service for Tickets

Avoid purchasing tickets through this service; go directly to the airline. I feel scammed as they have held my funds despite confirmation from the airline that my refund was processed. This service refuses to return my money. Customer support is severely lacking; calls lead to centers that provide vague and repetitive answers. This experience has been extremely frustrating and time-consuming. I strongly recommend booking directly with the airline, as this service cannot be relied upon for resolution.

This website feels like a scam

This website feels like a scam! You can buy tickets and flights, but if you subscribe to their Prime or Prime Plus, it becomes nearly impossible to cancel. They make the cancellation process difficult to find, and you end up paying 99 Euros every year. I am currently waiting for their slow answering machine to resolve the issue. It's clearly a scam; one example is that the only phone number to cancel the service is hidden at the bottom of an email in unclear gray text. I recommend avoiding this service altogether.

Misleading about Flex

They are misleading about the Flex option. I needed to change my destination, and they demanded an additional payment to do so. It's unbelievable. Don't trust them.

Complete Disaster

This has been a complete disaster. They booked flights partially and canceled two-thirds of the trip, without refunding the middle flight. I was told to manually purchase the rest of the trip, which is impossible due to a duplicate error on my profile. Customer service acknowledges the issue but claims it's a bug that can't be fixed. They suggested buying tickets from another site. Prices change arbitrarily at checkout based on made-up reasons, and they cancel payments for the same. I have zero trust in this service moving forward.
