If I could give Travellink zero stars, I absolutely would.

This has honestly been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a travel website. First of all, their so-called “customer service” is a complete joke. When you try to call them, you don’t even get a real person — just some useless AI bot that doesn’t help with anything. No matter what you ask, it just goes in circles and solves absolutely nothing.

But it gets worse.

They charged money from my account for a hotel booking that was never even confirmed — and was actually rejected. So there we were, stuck without a place to stay, forced to find and pay for another hotel last minute, which of course cost us even more money.

When we contacted them to explain the situation, they casually told us we would get a refund. Sounds great, right? Except… the money never came back. Just empty promises and no actual action.

This company is completely unreliable, unhelpful, and frankly feels like a scam. Avoid Travellink at all costs. Save yourself the stress, the wasted time, and the lost money.

Stay far, far away — this is absolute trash.
