I cannot give any stars to this service; they are dishonest and harassing. I receive 5 to 8 calls daily, with constant pressure to engage in business. The representatives are rude, often yelling and speaking harshly. I strongly advise purchasing flights directly from the main airlines instead. They charged me twice: the first payment was made to the actual airline, while the second went to another service. The initial payment, which was less expensive, resulted in a fake reservation and a supposed document with tickets and a confirmation number, claiming everything was settled. Upon calling the airline, I learned that the flight wasn’t confirmed due to the lower payment not covering the actual cost. Ultimately, I ended up with neither tickets nor a flight. They charged me a total of $250—$74 went to the airline, and they kept the rest. I am currently disputing this charge to recover my funds, but to prevent this stress, PLEASE AVOID PURCHASING TICKETS FROM THEM. It was a terrible, awful experience.
