Super stressful experience :-( However, customer service agents (Barry Anderson, Lisa Smith, Lucas Collins) were friendly and respectful. In retrospect, I'm not sure these are real names as they all had Indian accents.
Flights were found using skyscanner and the prices seemed to be better than any other site...too good to be true? I tried booking and got a booking ID so I thought I was good to go. A few days later, I noticed several emails saying that my flights were not available at the price, but they provided alternatives that were somewhat close to my original itinerary and in the same $ ballpark. Apparently they tried calling me, but I never saw any missed calls on my phone, nor received any voicemails. This was stressful enough, but to make things worse, it happened 2 MORE TIMES, booking...this time with an agent on the phone and confirming by email, only to find out a while later that it was not available.
I had thought about going with 1 star, but I will say on a positive note that the customer service agents were all very friendly...just not sure my nerves can handle this kind of stress.
