Our nanny was extremely nice, sweet, and flexible in adjusting her hours for the couple days we were in Tokyo which we really appreciated!! She even helped pickup dinner one night! Unfortunately our kid just didn't warm up to her as well as she did with our Taipei nanny so every night she was a little reluctant when we would go out 🫤. The only minor critique I have is there were 2 nights where the nanny let her go to sleep early but in her day clothes (instead of following the bedtime routine). Luckily the second night she ended up waking back up later, but letting her sleep early also led to a late bedtime (and we had already been in Asia 2 weeks so it wasn't due to jetlag).
The process to book the nanny took a little while to find a nanny with the right availability, but the communication throughout the services was excellent and they even covered some extra costs free of charge!
