No ticket was issued, and my card wasn't charged. I received numerous calls from various representatives urging me to confirm over the phone and pressuring me to pay a significantly higher fare using an alternative payment method, while also suggesting an e-credit instead of a refund. This felt misleading. I decided to cancel in writing and did not continue with the booking. I would not recommend this service.
