While the flights were inexpensive, the service partnered with questionable companies that did not advocate for customers. I was misled into accepting unnecessary add-ons that significantly increased costs. Although we were exhausted after traveling, we overlooked the lengthy contract. We believed we had paid everything upfront, but the extra charges were added without transparency. I will not be using either the service or the rental company again.
