Stay far away from this company. Customer service is a complete waste of time. 3 to 4 hour wait and all they do is apologize. Empty apology. Then they have these “policies “ in place to benefit them. Go figure. Had a trip planned to Puerto Vallarta, then the drug war broke out and I couldn’t even get a refund on my plane tickets. Their policy prevented that. Not a good experience.

Avoid the Blue Dolphin Hotel in Etié Pa

I stayed at the Blue Dolphin Hotel in Etié Pa and it was the worst experience ever. I strongly advise against going there. The owners intrude on your privacy, going through your belongings and leaving unsettling notes. I felt scared for my safety. They never turned off the lights, which added to the discomfort. I heard from a neighboring guest—though I can't verify this—that the owner attempted to set the place on fire for insurance fraud. If you're concerned about your safety, I recommend looking for accommodations elsewhere.

Outstanding Customer Service Experience

I arranged a package to a destination with my mother, including flights and a resort stay. Shortly after booking, we learned the resort was closing, necessitating a search for new accommodations. After some confusion, I reached a very helpful representative who secured us better lodging and covered the price difference. I was truly impressed and will certainly use this service again.

Wonderful Stay at a Beautiful Resort

I spent two weeks at a resort and found it to be both relaxing and enjoyable. The new management has positively influenced the staff, and the entertainment director organized fantastic shows for guests. The food was plentiful and delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the unique creations at the a la carte restaurant. The activities offered were enjoyable, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Disappointing Business Practices

While the flights were inexpensive, the service partnered with questionable companies that did not advocate for customers. I was misled into accepting unnecessary add-ons that significantly increased costs. Although we were exhausted after traveling, we overlooked the lengthy contract.
