Stay far away from this company. Customer service is a complete waste of time. 3 to 4 hour wait and all they do is apologize. Empty apology. Then they have these “policies “ in place to benefit them. Go figure. Had a trip planned to Puerto Vallarta, then the drug war broke out and I couldn’t even get a refund on my plane tickets. Their policy prevented that. Not a good experience.
I stayed at the Blue Dolphin Hotel in Etié Pa and it was the worst experience ever. I strongly advise against going there. The owners intrude on your privacy, going through your belongings and leaving unsettling notes. I felt scared for my safety. They never turned off the lights, which added to the discomfort. I heard from a neighboring guest—though I can't verify this—that the owner attempted to set the place on fire for insurance fraud. If you're concerned about your safety, I recommend looking for accommodations elsewhere.
