We made a hotel reservation bullring travel lodge city centre in a room and my roommate arrived before me and left the hotel. The hotel staff did not let me enter the room even though I had all the reservation details including payment. They forced my partner to go all the way back to the hotel for an hour and a half just to make sure it was him and did not let me enter the room after a 9-hour flight. The hotel staff was unprofessional and really abused me. Even though they saw that I had all the details, they did not let me enter the room!!!
