This was the worst travel experience. I booked a return flight to Melbourne but decided before departure that I would stay longer. I called them to change my flight. They said they would send me a quote to reschedule. Every Traveloka quote lasts for 45minutes only, and you DO NOT know when that quote will come to your inbox.
Quote one finally arrives in when I was flying to my destination, so I missed the quote
I rang again to reschedule. It was late at night as I had just landed in a different time zone. I requested the change. I had to stay up so I didn't miss the 45 minute quote period. 2 hours later it arrived. I paid for it and accepted the quote. I got a confirmation
Next morning I awoke and the booking was cancelled as the flight price had changed. Traveloka had taken too long too book it for me??? I had to call again and go through the whole business again. I now have my flight, I'm finally flying out tonight. I just went to check in and my baggage allowance is incorrect. I have just gone into the app to manage my booking, and it said I can no longer manage by the app I have to do at airport. I'm furious as I will pay double to pay for luggage. I have just called Traveloka about this and they said quote unquote... if you go to the counter 4 hours before they can help you and you can pay there. It's a domestic flight so I will not be going 3 hours earlier than necessary . For me, never again- Traveloka is unreliable
